v0.1 is the first implementation of a Geant4 simulation of the ATLAS TileCal beam tests.
Geometry comes from a gdml file from the ATLAS Collaboration.
Preliminary information is stored both via a sensitive detector and a stepping action.
Multi-threading is compliant with Geant4.10.7.p03.
