This PR makes a few small updates to Part 1 of the tutorial: Accessing CHS site and Community.

Clarify who the tutorial is intended for and how it works for different study types
Fix numbered list formatting
Minor edits to exercises section, e.g. adding links, explaining how to navigate to different pages
