Modified the main window, as well as Loops, Interlock, Advanced Interlock and SSA Currents, to better fit in screens with lower resolution. Modifications include removing spacers, moving information to tabs and adding scroll areas. Additionally, removed Conditioning window, adding all of it's information to Loops. Also adds the Dynamic Interlock tab to Advanced Interlock.
