If you're talking about Firefox tests on windows it's a cypress issue (cypress-io/cypress#30916).
If you're talking about CircleCI it's an issue with it's browser installer. Should be fixed by now but would require re-run.

Just reran CI, still getting a CircleCI Failure on the firefox steps, here are the logs im receiving
