可使用-T -E参数开启ewma算法过滤功能，将正常的数据点过滤不输出，存在异常风险的数据点输出，
该选项可结合其他数据过滤功能，做到动态调整数据过滤功能
以syscall_delay为例，通过-E开启ewma算法，-T指定滑动窗口大小
