At LinkTimeCloud, our engineering team has been focused on migrating traditional big data platforms to Kubernetes (K8s). By expanding on existing open-source projects, we have developed a stable platform that runs big data on K8s with production-grade features including authentication and authorization. As part of this project, we are sharing a simplified version of our implementation to enable developers to deploy an experimental platform with core components such as HDFS, Hive, Spark, and Kafka on K8s.
