bug fixes:

• fixing long/lat value in turtle files (thanks to V. Lipenko for pointing this out)
• added comments for InitializeWidget() function parameters on both ServerWidgetRegistry.java and ClientWidgetRegistry.java
• added LWP documentation (document/LWP documentation.pdf) file for widget development
• now the sequence of war files deployment doesn't matter; it doesn't have to be lw-server first.
