Moreover also put chanUpdates into the rejectCache if the timestamp is outdated or too far into the future.

Peers tend to also send us outdated chanUpdates which we can also put into the rejectCache so that we fail fast. Moreover as suggested by @Roasbeef we should increase the rejectCache in size.
Opening as draft for now, need to think about the number and also the implications of rejecting stale ChanUpdate msges a bit more.
