Fixes #105.

Adds support for SIMPLE_TAPROOT channels to sweepremoteclosed.

Tested this PR, works great. I swept my funds. Thank you!
--sweepaddr flag doesn't seem to take a p2tr address btw. Not sure if that can be changed now.

I'll create a PR to overhaul the sweep/change address types in general so P2TR is supported everywhere.
