Philosophy

We work openly - in public, with partipation from people who want to contribute. This means that we need to be considerate in how we write code - others read along and we can help them to understand what we are doing. We write code to communicate how things work, not solely to implement ideas.

We document effectively - meaning that we document to communicate, not to create an all-encompassing resource with the relevant information buried somewhere.

We provide quality assurance - meaning we do not just deploy things into production. We check, double-check, and provide time for things to land. We inform ourselves on an ongoing basis, and take a step back to look at the bigger picture on a regular basis.
