Ignore drive offset when verifying track numbers. cdio doesn't bias by them and the results are wrong for drives with offsets greater than a sector's worth of samples (588).

Attempt to catch all cases of biased sectors in cd-paranoia and toc. Use correct, raw values when calling cdio.
