JJB 6.3.0 is released and includes bug fixes and improvements on job views.

@askb Has this been tested anywhere? We know that 5.x->6.x has breaking changes, and there's no mention in the commit message or PR about any successful testing that this won't break jobs that we have in place.

JJB 6.2.0 has been tested with GHA ODL and did not see issues. However, if you find an issue Akriano ci-man you can pass the JJB_VERSION == 6.0.0, through the downstream GHA through the ci-man to the JJB version that was previously working. Also we are already using 6x on all ci-man repo!

JJB 6.3.0 is released includes bug fixes and improvements on job views.
