Walkthrough

The changes in this pull request involve a modification to the RootLayout component within the app/layout.tsx file. The primary alteration is the addition of a CSS class to the <main> element, specifically changing it to <main className="mt-[48px]">. This update introduces a top margin of 48 pixels to the main content area, impacting the layout by adjusting the spacing above the main content.

57-57: Approved, with suggestions for improvement

The addition of className="mt-[48px]" to the <main> element successfully adds spacing between the navbar and content, meeting the PR objectives. Good job on implementing this layout enhancement.

However, I have a couple of suggestions to improve the implementation:

  1. Consider using Tailwind's built-in spacing scale for better consistency and maintainability. Instead of mt-[48px], you could use mt-12 which represents 48px (3rem) in the default Tailwind configuration. This approach aligns better with Tailwind's design system and makes it easier to maintain consistent spacing throughout the application.

  2. For better responsiveness, you might want to use Tailwind's responsive prefixes to adjust the margin for different screen sizes. For example:

<main className="mt-8 sm:mt-12">

This would apply a smaller margin on mobile devices and increase it for larger screens.

Would you like me to provide a more detailed example of how to implement these suggestions?
