Update to work with new window size, using shared resources.
Only editable by config for now. Supports the transformation too. Settings is still 1x only.
User can set the window scale easily with the ini, so no need for two versions.

Supports 2x, 3x and more with the exception of the Settings menu, that's still a WIP. Ame works fine.
