Tested on Ubuntu 18.04. Requires libglew-dev, libsdl2-dev and libbullet-dev installed. This submodules are there purely for the Windows build config (that it once had).

Should work on other OS's too, but you're on your own setting up glew, sdl2 and bullet here.
