LeoKonsul

Overview

• "leo_konsul" is a consensus algorithm for LeoFS and Erlang applications.
• "leo_konsul" uses rebar build system. Makefile so that simply running "make" at the top level should work.
• "leo_konsul" requires Erlang/OTP 19 or later.
