Beta release v3.8-r1. Changes:

  • Add privacy implementation.
  • Add page to view and delete workflow-delays.
  • Only capitalize first word in english strings.
  • Move non-API 2nd-level-namespaces to tool_lifecycle\local* according to moodle codestyle.
  • Support multilang2 course names throughout the whole plugin.
