Timers and Bracket

The main reasons for this update are to provide a new bracket model thanks to @gromitdj, and save the BPM on a timed reboot to avoid weird logging dips.

• Save BPM on timed reboot
• Remove a warning on compile due to unused variable
• Updated bracket model
• Update call on firmware and spiffs OTA to remove deprecation warning
• Move mdns timer to mdns.cpp
• Update createFirmware.py to exit on missing file
• Bumped version to 1.0.1
