Fixed: the claim trie file cache was incorrectly set to a value too small, thus overburdening the disk. The cache has been increased to 20MB in this release. With this repaired the chain will synchronize faster than before, and there should be slightly less memory fragmentation.

New Feature: the REST endpoint for blocks now supports querying blocks by chain height.
