Add PX4 to gitman.yml
Add px4_gazebo to gitman.yml
Add Github Actions CI to px4_gazebo
Add CI tags for PX4 and px4_gazebo to README.md
Add installation script for PX4 similar to ardupilot_dep.sh
Add exports needed for PX4 to ~/.bashrc (or ~/.zshrc)
Add separate folders in startup for ardupilot and px4
