updates footer design and adds additional links

@xuelink I updated the footer design, as well as added the 3 new links. I tested it on 4 major browsers. Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Edge so far. If you see anything out of the ordinary let me know.

Legal : its ok

If we will have place, we can also list our social links as well as duolingo did under Social tab.

for example here it has 4-5 columns in desktop and it may return 1 column in mobile responsively.

We may also add new section for Token seperately instead of listing under Company, because day by day we will increase these links about token.
