Vagrant Manager 2.0b1

This is the first public beta release of Vagrant Manager 2.0. It includes an update to the UI to support multi-machine Vagrant instances, improvements to the speed and reliability of machine detection, and adds support for more Vagrant providers (VMWare, Parallels and Docker).
