This PR adds a
nextflow_schema.jsongenerated using the `nf-core pipeline schema builder](https://nf-co.re/pipeline_schema_builder). This file describes the input parameters that the pipeline accepts and is used by Nextflow Tower to provide a user-friendly Launchpad form where options can be specified with dropdowns and toggles.A screenshot from Sage's Tower instance is provided below.
