Installation note

This release can be used with Capella 5.x, Capella 6.0, and Capella 6.1 using the update site:
org.eclipse.python4capella.update.zip

For Capella 1.4.x you can use the update site:
org.eclipse.python4capella.update-Capella-1.4.zip

The only difference is the version of PyDev that is limited to 8.2.0.
