Sequencing-Data-Analysis-Code-for-EAG2-Project

This code repository is supportive for sequencing data analysis of EAG2 project from Xi Huang Lab, Sickkids, CA.

Raw and Processed data files in the analysis process for reproducing the figures can be found in paper.

Other public sequencing data can be accessed from respective database ID described in paper.
