What this PR does / why we need it:
Some cleanup in the book, those pages remain accessible from old versions of the book
Also, I'm starting to update pages about provider implementation guides & provider contracts and I will add some content from the delete pages there (e.g. requirements for CC dry run, guidelines for flags etc.)
