Included in this PR is:

  • Move data loading to within the build of phase of the postgis container initialization.
  • Switches from using the docker image geopython/pygeoapi (and copying .py files via docker) in favor of webbben/pygeoapi-river-runner, a branch of the master branch with the relevant river-runner files.
  • Update pygeoapi config files to have better links and (tempoarily at least) removes the catchment packages from the server.
