Corrected a minor issue with registry pointing to folders that didn't exist or didn't hold a game.

Updated framework to reduce it's size using various publishing features while remaining fully standalone. Now only runs on x64, but even the game only works on x64...

This fork is nothing special, it just looks for the lst file in this repo. Meant so that we can maintain the list if the original developer abandons it.
