New alpha release. Mainly bugfixes and minor improvements to user experience.

Changes:

• #130: arrays.xml is now on Transifex
• #113: user preference to disable reading SIM contacts when syncing
• #110: disable push notifications preference if GCM is not available on the device
• #72: improved chat invitation UI

Fixes:

• #140: show time of send in message details
• #131: handle encryption on unsent messages correctly
• #129: exclude phone number entries created by Kontalk when syncing
• #119: exclude null phone contact entries on buggy firmwares
• #111: handle buggy HTC firmwares
• #96: don't send push registration id with initial presence
• #1: possibly fix crash on CM 7.2
