Feature Request: add option to hide tooltips in diff menu

The tooltips can show lots of text and cover a lot of menu items.

Is that the tooltip from the body of the commit?

Those tooltips show when I hover over a commit on the left or right sidebar.

The only reason for such a long tooltip I can see is for it to be the body of the commit message. I’d say changed file names don’t belong in there, that data is already known as part of the commit itself.
