📣 Summary

Improved code readability by updating comments for better context and renamed tasks with more explicit names to enhance maintainability.

📖 Description

Task names and comments related to project ownership transfer have been updated to improve clarity and maintainability. The previous task names were not always intuitive, making it harder to understand their purpose at a glance. This refactor ensures that task names better reflect their functionality, and comments provide clearer explanations of key processes.
