[respeaker_ros] Avoid AudioInfo import for backward compatibility

このプルリクエストを含んだ最新のknorth55/pr1040ブランチをPR1040体内PCに持ってきました。
その後、sudo initctl stop/start robotして、サービスを再起動しました。
起動時に目立ったエラーがないこと及び/speech_to_text_googleが正しく音声認識結果を出力するのは確認しました。
これで数日様子を見ます。
