4.1.2 with Elasticsearch 2.0 support

This is a patch for kibana-static-4.1.2, which makes it operational with Elasticsearch 2.0+. This patch comes from #10, which fixes issues discovered on the reference set of Kibana dashboards and input database.

The version is not guaranteed to provide a full compatibility. Please create an issue in https://github.com/kibana-community/kibana4-static/issues if you experience any problem.
