This contains breaking changes for some users, specifically in the tag space, please test accordingly.
- Updating documentation to cover latest version of module and fix broken links

This issue covers the following updates:

- Adding the 'User-Agent' to 'Puppet' for metadata API calls. This will give Microsoft some visibility of use of the module.
Documentation release only - No functional changes
- Bumping the version to 0.1.7 to address some issues in the documentation.
- No functional changes to the code. As the forge does not allow us to replace an existing version, bumping a minor release to allow publishing.
