New major release 0.2.0 - Please note this contains breaking changes.

This is a new major release rolling in features and bug fixes from community users.

This contains breaking changes for some users, specifically in the tag space, please test accordingly.

• Updating documentation to cover latest version of module and fix broken links
• Updating Metadata version to support more data and features
• Removing custom tag exposing logic as the metadata service natively exposes this and the custom logic collides with the native namespaces
• Confine code now uses the native cloud provider functionality in Facter so hyper-v isn't required
