Version 0.9.x

First release for general users. This release is focusing on:

• Stable API to access basic Cytoscape data objects
  • CyNetworks
  • CyTables
  • Visual Styles
• Provide basic API to execute important tasks:
  • Apply Visual Style
  • Apply layouts
  • Get network as PNG image

Version 1.0.x

• Improvements to API based on feedback to 0.9.x
• Support for more data formats
  • GraphSON
  • CSV (For POSTing table)
