Re-enables filtering of group names when selecting where to save a new entry. Also improves the appearance and usability slightly. Contracted group status is no longer remembered when the filter changes. Keyboard shortcuts are marginally improved since earlier versions (it's possible to select an item using the enter key) but still far from ideal (see https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/treeview/ for all the details we haven't had time to implement yet)
