Merged working “Run From Line” into Probe Basic and PB Lathe
IMPORTANT NOTE: Run From Line is not quite completed yet and will be released in the next release hopefully not too long from now; it is actively being worked on. In the interim, please be aware it is not complete and may/will cause some issues or be dangerous to use!

There is a known bug in the VTK Backplot for the Axis Label Text Size we are trying to resolve unsuccessfully and will update once resolved
Fixed the tool table to now accept 1000 tools for version linuxcnc 2.8
Offset Table number entry expanded to accommodate larger metric inputs
We also recently changed from Travis to BuildBot for updating the new releases
