Getting Started (Windows-tested)

1. Download source code
2. Install XAMPP for Windows
3. Extract source code in XAMPP's htdocs folder (Default: C:\xampp\htdocs)
4. Run XAMPP
5. Start Apache and MySQL in the XAMPP Control Panel
6. Enter http://localhost/main.php in your browser

*If you've extracted into another folder, enter http://localhost/{your-folder-name}/main.php

Sample admin account:
