This is a slight enhancement of the GEEST plugin UI, specifically on the Place Characterization Aggregate tab, and which provides an easily-extendible basis for adoption with the other Dimension's aggregate tab behaviour.
This enhancement auto-computes the values of the weights, but allows for manual adjustment (and automatically adjust the others).
