An obstacle course shuttling assay designed for the study of behaviour adaptations to dynamic, unexpected and uncertain conditions. This repository will store all the specifications required to reproduce the assay, including lists of all the hardware and software components, mechanical drawings for custom parts, and all the scripts and workflows used to run a behaviour experiment and collect data.
