✨ Use proper entity for water heater #101

This is a breaking change: it will remove two entities:

  • the climate one used to represent water heater state)
  • the sensor representing the target water heater temperature (it's already exposed by the water heater entity)

Implementation is much simpler than before but also has less feature for now:

  • we can't start/stop the heater
  • we can't know the state of the heater (heating or not)
