Welcome to Kai Blumberg's masters thesis entitled:

Interconnecting Arctic observatory data through machine-actionable knowledge representation: are ontologies fit for purpose?

In this work I am researching Arctic and related oceanographic and biological semantics to extend existing OBO Foundry ontologies to enhance connectivity of AWI FRAM observatory data. Over the course of the work I will address a wide variety of themes ideas and concepts

Pressing todo's

  • press to get the PCO terms submitted.

  • Finish annotating the last 2 datasets for the datastore.

  • finish writing the script which searches for data about a given list of input purls (results taken from the in the 3rd place column from the current example).

  • Wait for reply from dbpedia team if offer accepted align some glacial semantics
