M365 Roadmap & Blogs Power App for Microsoft Teams

The M365 Roadmap & Blogs app, brings Microsoft's product roadmap and blogs into your Teams client, making it easy and simple to check upcoming items or get updated on roadmap items that are in preview.

Demo

Installing

Before you install it, please check the email address you are using to install or launch the app. This user must have access to the app already, otherwise it will not work. If the methods below do not work, please try to install and launch in a different browser (preferably private browser) to make sure we avoid cache related issues.

Important: if you do not have a Microsoft email address (@microsoft.com), the app might not work. It is crucial that the email address you are using is added to the Microsoft tenant (as a guest) and this is verified by the creator of this app. This is a security measure,

Method 1

  1. Go to aka.ms/GetRoadmapApp (preferably in new incognito window)
  2. Click on 'Launch it now'

Method 2

  1. Download the latest .zip file from the release section
  2. Upload the .zip file in Teams by clicking on Store > Manage Your Apps > Upload an App

Method 3

  1. If you know people who downloaded the app already, ask them to use the share functionality in the app to provide you access

Method 4 (especially for non-Microsoft employees)

  1. Download the latest .zip file from the release section
  2. Go to your Power Apps portal and log in as admin (or ask your admin to do this for you)
  3. Click Import Canvas App and upload the file by clicking "Upload"

  1. Click the Import button and wait until it is finished
  2. The app will be shown on the list of apps - click on the three dots next to the app
  3. Click Share and add the email address(es) of people that require access
