As part of TLJH/Z2JH release effort, I'm looking through various projects (jupyterhub/the-littlest-jupyterhub#991). This project needs some maintenance it seems, and getting this done seems like a good first step.
The tests are failing, but I figure its fine handling separately as they were failing before as well.
