Hotfix release to (hopefully) fix #69.
NOTE: Reading list feature is going away next full release - I lost interest in maintaining it, and it was buggy as hell - sorry!)
Note that I'm unable to upload this to the chrome webstore as it is still using MV2. Progress on MV3 is ongoing on https://github.com/jsmnbom/ao3-enhancements/tree/dev.
