This package has not been submitted to the General Registry, so in order to download it you must type ] add https://github.com/jotas6/BicycleEfficiency.jl inside the Julia REPL. Alternatively, you could do using Pkg and then Pkg.add(url=https://github.com/jotas6/BicycleEfficiency.jl)
