Source code for my thesis. Contains written material and code to produce figures.

The formatting for this thesis is based on the PhD thesis template by Jean Martina, Rok Strnisa, Matej Urbas (Copyright © 2008--2012, Rok Strniša, Jean Martina, Matej Urbas), licensed under the simplified BSD licence.

To reproduce the thesis, the directories in Makefile rsync commands will need updating. They must contain the outputs of the analysis code.

The following files contain statistical data from ONS which is Crown Copyright. The use of the ONS statistical data in this work does not imply the endorsement of the ONS in relation to the interpretation or analysis of the statistical data. This work uses research datasets which may not exactly reproduce National Statistics aggregates.
