Project Management
In my role as a project manager:

Oversee multiple repositories, projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Ensure efficient version control, task assignment, and adherence to project deadlines.

Strive to optimize workflows, delivering high-quality projects on time.

Also help lead the Quality Assurance team, having established both manual and automated testing protocols to maintain excellence in our products.
Game Development
As a game developer, I take part in every stage of creating new games, from concept to completion. My responsibilities include:

Game Design: Creating mathematical models, and designing engaging gameplay experiences.

Development: Building the games using C++ and custom graphic libraries developed entirely in-house by Firepot Gaming.

Integration: Ensuring seamless operation of the games on casino machines.
