I'd like to make a few comment on the documentation.
But how and where do we perform reviews?

It is easy to comment on fragments in Google Docs. There is no such option on Github. There are two or even three possible solutions

1. Create Issue and write a comment.
2. Create PR and suggest changes to the documentation (as in the code change rule).
3. Edit text, add comments and suggest a new text (marked with a quote sign: > ).

Every solution is good.
