Steps to launching Dev

1. Make sure your have Yarn, Make, Docker and Docker-Compose installed locally.

2. In base directory run "Make build-dev"

3. run "Make run-dev" this will start the backend and DB

4. cd into client and run yarn start

5. may need to go to the api.ts and change the baseURL to http://localhost:5000/api
